Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using The Marine Medic website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Services
The Marine Medic provides mobile marine mechanic services throughout South Florida, including engine repair, electrical diagnostics, outboard and inboard service, bilge pump and battery work, trailer repair, and emergency on-water calls.
Service Calls and Pricing
- Standard service rate is $135 per hour
- A clear quote is provided before any work begins
- A travel fee based on distance may apply and is always disclosed upfront
- Emergency and on-water calls are subject to premium pricing based on distance and severity
- Parts and materials are billed separately at cost
Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate information about your vessel and the issue you are experiencing
- Ensuring safe and reasonable access to your boat for the technician
- Being present or having an authorized representative available during the service call
- Timely payment for services rendered
Cancellations
- Cancellations should be communicated as early as possible
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a trip charge
- No-shows may be charged a service call fee
Warranty and Liability
The Marine Medic stands behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises with a repair we performed, contact us promptly so we can address it. Warranty terms vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of service.
The Marine Medic is not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by third parties. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of The Marine Medic LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
